Tickets

● Identity verification may be conducted at the time of admission on the same day.
The following forms of identification will be accepted for admission to this event.
Please be sure to bring an original copy of one of the following (photocopies are not acceptable).
Admission will be denied if there is no identification or if the ticket does not match the name on the ticket.

● Tickets will bear the names of the applicant and accompanying persons registered at the time of application.
You cannot change your name after the acceptance period, so please be sure to apply in your own name.

When applying for more than one ticket, it is necessary to go through the "Companion Registration" procedure beforehand.

● No one under 5 years old is allowed to enter the venue / Tickets are required for those over 5 years old.

● Registration of eplus membership (free) is required for application.

● In addition to the ticket price, various handling fees are required. Please confirm the handling fees on the application page.

Tickets for this event are available as "paper tickets" or eplus electronic tickets "smart tickets".
If you wish to select "smart ticket", you can only apply from your smartphone.
Cannot be applied through PC and feature phone.
If you do not have a smart phone, please apply for a "paper ticket".

● It is a breach of contract to resell winning emails and purchased tickets (including bidding on online auctions, selling tickets for more than face value, etc.) and to attempt to do so.
Please note that the winning email and tickets are not valid and admission will be refused.
In addition, no refunds will be made under such circumstances, etc.

● Please keep your tickets in a safe place. Tickets will not be reissued in case of loss or damage.
We will not be responsible for any disputes arising from tickets obtained through unauthorized means.

● To use smart ticket, you need to install the EPLUS application (free).
● When applying, please use your own smartphone to apply.
● Changes to registered cell phone numbers and names cannot be accepted, so please understand in advance.
● Tickets will be downloaded to the device on which the app is downloaded.
Please note that if you delete the EPLUS App or change your device after downloading your tickets, the tickets will be lost.
Once you have downloaded the ticket, you can assign the ticket to your companion by using the "Assign Button" in smart ticket.
