■Talk about how you felt when you decided to perform in "Hikaru no Miwa".
I'm filled with the feeling that I can't believe I'm going to be a Hikari no Miko. Really? Really? Is this really not a joke? I confirmed several times that it was true, but when I got home, the feeling in my heart gradually came over me, and tears flowed. It's still a bit of a dream for me, but having been given the role of Hikari-no-Miko ...... I hope I can cherish this year, take this work seriously, and deeply realize the significance of it.
■ Please talk about Natsuomi Takamori's feelings about the appeal of the Hikaru no Hikaru series.
I played the role of Mimi in "Yummy Party ♡ Hikari no Maiko", and for a year now I've been watching the Hikari no Maiko girls, feeling their warmth, beauty, and sparkle, as well as the countless amounts of love this show has brought to me. I've learned about grace, inner strength, and sometimes the desire to run away, all of which I've benefited from in a variety of ways. Most of all, the anticipation and sparkle that comes with each week ...... are what I really love about it.
Tell us about your decision to play the role of Angel of the Heart/Purple Rain Heart.
When I first saw the illustration of Angel of the Heart, I was amazed at how pitiful and adorable she was. At first, I visualized her performance based on the name Angel of Heartbeat and her lovely appearance, but my impression seemed to change gradually as I came into contact with the heart. I believe that the word "キュンキュン" represents both heartbeat and the passion and fighting spirit of the heart, in short, this passionate heart. I would like to interpret this with care and appreciation. Because my heart has realized my dream, I would like to support my heart with all my might next time, so that she can shine and her heart can be filled with "キュンキュン".
