●About Family Zone
The area in front of the stage inside the venue will be designated as the Family Area.
The Family Area is a space where children accompanied by a guardian can enjoy the event.
To avoid overcrowding, the organizer will conduct a pre-event lottery for those who wish to participate in this area. During the application period, please apply through the ticketing service “Live Pocket-Ticket-（ライヴポケット）” below. Organizer will notify the selected applicants via email in the order of selection after the announcement date.
(Distribution target: Up to 4 members per family)
Selected applicants will receive a QR code entry ticket via email.
organizer kindly ask that individuals other than families with children in elementary school or younger refrain from entering the Family Area.

①Note on Sampling
・The results of the lottery will be sent to the "LivePocket-Ticket-" domain email address (「LivePocket-Ticket-」).noreply@livepocket.jpIf you want to send the e-mail to the "@livepocket.jp" domain, please set the e-mail receiving rules to allow "@livepocket.jp" domain name.
・Elected date is subject to change, the selection is not on a first-come-first-served basis, and all applicants have the same chance of being selected during the application period.
・Maximum 4 persons (4 tickets) per application.
・It may be difficult to connect on the first day of application due to traffic congestion, so it is recommended to apply at a later time.
・Limit 1 session per familyPlease do not apply for Part 1 and Part 2 at the same time.
②Admission Rules
・Each show (Part 1 and Part 2) requires a "Ticket with QR Code".
・Please present the QR code ticket in the selected mail by phone or paper at the entrance, and the staff will scan the code for verification.
・QR code tickets are valid only for the designated time slots and will expire after a single use.
・If it is crowded, you may have to wait for admission.
The time of the game cannot be changed after being elected.
・Maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age if accompanied by only 1 parent; at least 2 parents are required for 3 or more children.
・Infants and children under 2 years old who are being held by their parents throughout the event can be admitted with a parent's ticket.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the show.
・Picnic mats or cushions are not provided at the venue, so please bring your own.
・If children are not accompanied at the time of admission, they will be refused entry, so please gather after the whole group has arrived.

＜Points to Note Regarding Performances
QR code tickets will not be reissued. The organizer is not responsible for reissuing QR code tickets if they cannot be presented due to loss, damage, or deletion of data on the cell phone.
・The transfer of tickets is prohibited, as well as personal transactions and resale on the auction site.
Please do not repeat the admission.
・If the QR code cannot be read or the authentication fails, the organizer reserves the right to refuse admission.
As a rule, food and drink, as well as photography and videotaping are prohibited in the venue.
Please turn off your cell phones, alarm clocks, and other sound devices during the show.
Children are allowed to stand, parents please remain seated.
・It is prohibited to trade at entrances, exits, or passageways or to obstruct the flow of traffic.
・Prohibit the distribution of unauthorized items (whether free or paid).
Parents should be responsible for the safety of their children during the performance as it is a large-scale music event with high volume.
Please take care of your valuables, the organizer will not be responsible for theft or accidents.
Please follow the instructions of the staff. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the venue or interruption of the performance.
・If you feel unwell or find others unwell, please notify the staff nearby immediately, and ask the audience around you to support you in case of emergency.

Q. Can I bring my camera into the venue?
A. A: You may bring cell phones and compact digital cameras with cameras into the venue, but as a rule, it is prohibited to use these cameras to take pictures of the stage setup and performers in the venue.

A. A: You may bring food and beverages into the venue, but as a rule, eating and drinking are prohibited in the venue.
Q. Can I leave my luggage at the venue?
A. A: There are no cloakrooms, coin lockers, etc. in the venue. We may refuse to admit large luggage that may cause inconvenience to customers in the vicinity of the venue.
