"KayaFes" is an experiential event hosted by voice actress Ai Kayano, centered around Japanese sake and cuisine. This event aims to faithfully recreate the world of Kayano's popular YouTube program "Kayanomi" in real life, bringing together the sake breweries and restaurants featured in the show. Attendees can enjoy selected Japanese sake and delicious snacks, spending a relaxing and heartwarming time in a gentle buzz.

■ Ticket Information

• Advance Ticket Sales Start: Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 21:00
• Ticket Price: Day Session / Evening Session: 3,500 JPY each (tax included)
  • The ticket price covers only the admission fee. Japanese sake and snacks are expected to be sold within the venue, and food and drink costs must be paid separately.
  • Minors may enter the venue but will not be served alcohol. Those who cannot present a valid ID will be treated as minors.

Important Notes

■ Gifts for Performers
Only the following items will be accepted at the venue on the day of the event:

• Fan letters: Please write the name of the performer you wish to address and bring the letter to the venue.
  • Items other than those listed above will not be accepted. Any such items left at the venue will be discarded.
  • Flower stands and congratulatory floral arrangements will not be accepted.
  • For security reasons, all fan letters received will be opened and inspected.
  • In principle, we cannot confirm the receipt status of letters (performers will receive them at a later date).

■ Event Rules

• Overnight queuing or similar behavior around the venue is strictly prohibited.
• Depending on congestion on the day, entry may take a considerable amount of time.
• Re-entry is permitted during the time slot of the purchased ticket.
• Entry order will be based on the numbered ticket number. The ticket number is indicated in the email containing the ticket information. Detailed entry procedures (e.g., when to start lining up) will be announced later on the official X account (@_kayanomi).
• Age verification will be conducted at entry. Please be sure to bring a document that proves your age. If you cannot present one, you will be admitted as a minor.
• Minors are prohibited from entering the alcohol tasting area.
• Please do not drink excessively. If you appear heavily intoxicated, you may be asked to leave.
• Any disputes or damages occurring during the event must be resolved and borne by the parties involved.
• Event content is subject to change.
• Bringing outside food into the venue is prohibited. However, non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks are permitted.
• Items that may cause inconvenience to other attendees are prohibited (as determined by staff).
