[Regarding ticket purchase]
No changes to the number of tickets, ticket type, or cancellations will be accepted after application.
[Important venue restriction]
This venue has no elevator; access to the B2F entrance is via stairs only. Therefore, we cannot accommodate wheelchair users. Please be aware of this when applying for or purchasing tickets.
[Refunds and cancellations]
Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled or changed to a no-audience performance.
Refunds due to customer circumstances are not available.
Refund methods will be announced later. Note that handling fees, transportation costs, accommodation expenses, etc., will not be refunded or compensated.
[On-site notes]
After the event, staggered exiting may be implemented. Please follow staff instructions.
We do not accept: standing flowers, dressing room flowers, gifts, or letters (any ordered or sent will be refused).
No luggage storage is available at the venue. Please use coin lockers outside the hall before attending.
If any disruptive behavior occurs and you do not follow staff instructions, you may be asked to leave, and ticket fees will not be refunded.
