■Please tell us about your feelings when you decided to perform in "Pretty Cure".
I was filled with a feeling of disbelief that I would become Pretty Cure. Really? Really? Was this really not a joke? I checked several times and it turned out to be true, but when I returned home, the feeling in my heart gradually came over me and tears flowed. It still feels a bit like a dream for me now, but being given the role of Pretty Cure... I hope to cherish this year, take this work seriously, and deeply appreciate its meaning.
■Please tell us about Nazumi Takamori's feelings about the charm of the "Pretty Cure" series.
I played the role of Mimi in "Yummy Party♡Pretty Cure" and I have been watching the Pretty Cure for a year and felt their warmth, coolness, and sparkle, as well as the love that this series brought. I learned about elegance, inner strength, and sometimes I wanted to escape, and all these various feelings benefited me a lot. Most importantly, it brings countless expectations and sparkle every week... these are what I really love.
■Please talk about your determination to play the role of Heartbeat Angel/Purple Rain Heart.
When I first saw the illustration of Kokoro Angel, I was surprised at how pitiful and cute she was. At first, I imagined her performance based on the name Kokoro Angel and her cute appearance, but my impression seemed to change gradually as I came into contact with Kokoro. I believe that the word "キュンキュン" represents both the heartbeat and the passion and fighting spirit in the heart, in short, this kind of passionate heart. I hope to interpret this carefully and cherishingly. Because Kokoro has realized my dream, next time I want to support Kokoro with all my strength, let her shine, and let her heart be filled with "キュンキュン".
