Introduction
Toro Konatsu is one of the protagonists of Gokuraku Girls' Dormitory, voiced by Ms. Natsumi Takamori.
The story is set in the girls' dormitory of Gokurakuin Girls' High School—a no-boys-allowed zone. Transfer student Minami Kurihashi tries to win over the dorm with cuteness, only to find the girls there are more outrageous than one another. Konatsu is Aya Akabane's classmate, close friend, and something of a follower, while also serving as the student council treasurer.

Character Reviews
Konatsu is a typical "teased" comedy character: her existence gives Aya's roughness a target, and gives the work's vulgar gags a harmless outlet. As a 2012 late-night short anime, her recognition mainly comes from viewers who watched the program.
