Introduction
Mayu Yanagihara is one of the characters in High School Fleet, voiced by Ms. Natsumi Takamori. She attends Yokosuka Girls' Marine School and serves as the chief engineer aboard the Harekaze, the core figure of the engineering system.
The story is set in Japan after the nation's land sank, where girls attend marine schools aiming to become "Blue Mermaids."
