About "Magical Girl Witch Trial"
"Magical Girl Witch Trial" (abbreviated "Mawitch") is the first work from the Acacia brand, produced by the scenario company Re,AER, and is a magical debate mystery adventure game.
The story follows 13 girls trapped in a prison mansion on a solitary island. They carry a "witch factor," and as their witch transformation progresses, their murderous impulses gradually become impossible to suppress. The girls must use the form of a "witch trial" to find the hidden "witch" among them—that is, the murderer—and execute her.
The game is divided into two main parts: the daily ADV shared-life chapters, and the witch trial chapters held whenever a murder occurs. Players must find contradictions in the girls' statements and expose the lying witch. Each girl possesses a unique magical ability, and these abilities are often closely tied to the trick behind the incident.
After its release on Steam on July 18, 2025, the game received widespread acclaim, and a Nintendo Switch version was released on July 9, 2026. The work includes as many as 30 Bad Ends, building a cruel yet beautiful ensemble drama around the core concept of "the worst."

The protagonist of this work, prisoner number 658. She is positive, cheerful, and full of energy, but at the same time a girl who fears loneliness and is extremely afraid of being disliked by others. Houshou Margo (CV: Fuyuka Itsuki)
Prisoner number 663, 16 years old, a girl with a white gal style. She looks flashy on the outside, but is actually introverted and easily nervous, a gentle girl who cares too much about others' feelings. Her biggest trait is calling herself "uncle," and her behavior carries a detached wisdom and sorrow beyond her years.
Saeki Miria(CV: Natsumi Takamori)
Prisoner No. 663. A 16-year-old girl with a white gyaru style. Though she looks flashy, she is actually introverted and easily nervous—a kind girl who cares too much about others’ feelings. Her most distinctive trait is that she refers to herself as an “old man,” and her demeanor carries a philosophical detachment and melancholy beyond her years.
