Introduction
Uesugi Seba is a major supporting character in The Quintessential Quintuplets, voiced by Ms. Natsumi Takamori. She is the younger sister of the protagonist, Fuutarou Uesugi.
This work tells the story of poor high school student Fuutarou Uesugi, who is hired as the tutor for the Nakano family quintuplets. Seba, who was in sixth grade when she first appeared, has advanced to first year of middle school. Because the family is poor, she has been responsible for cooking, cleaning, and keeping the books every day since childhood; the reason her brother works so many part-time jobs is to make her life a little easier.

She has long black hair styled into a fluffy half-ponytail with a prominent ahoge, paired with a simple bow hair ornament, and often wears overalls.
🍳 Excellent Cooking Skills
Her cooking skills even surprised Nino Nakano, who is good at cooking, and she is almost an all-rounder at housework.
😤 Sensible and Family-Oriented
Since childhood she has been in charge of housework and bookkeeping; she has a cheerful and straightforward personality and is always smiling. Occasionally she is sharp-tongued toward her brother (and even hits him with a frying pan), but she actually loves her brother very much.

"Seba" comes from the thunder god, and together with her older brother "Fuutarou" they form "Wind God and Thunder God."

Raiha isn't one of the quintuplets, yet she's almost the most lovable character in the whole work: she's the motivation behind everything Fuutarou does, and the lubricant between her brother and the quintuplets. Amid a plot full of romantic tug-of-war, she provides one of the few stable and warm family bonds.
