Original Title: "Thank You for Meeting You!" – A Year Spent Together with "You." A Report on the "Idol Precure You and Me ♪ Thanksgiving Festival" Event, Featuring a Reading Drama Set Five Years After the Story and a Surprise Message.
On Saturday, February 14, 2026, and Sunday, February 15, 2026, the "Idol Precure You and Me ♪ Thanksgiving Festival" was held at Kanadevia Hall (TOKYO DOME CITY HALL) in Tokyo. "Offering our greatest thanks for this encounter. Let us make the stage of our promise bloom." – The "Idol Precure You and Me ♪ Thanksgiving Festival," which opened with a message incorporating part of the lyrics from the latter half's ending theme song "You to Rurara," was a culminating stage event conveying gratitude to all the "Kirakira Tweets" (fan nickname) who supported *Idol Precure You and Me ♪*.
The event was held twice daily, divided into Family Performances and Premium Performances. In addition to the Idol Precure, the Family Performances featured opening theme song singers Ami Ishii, Akane Kumada, and Chihaya Yoshitake, who participated in original skits and song segments. Furthermore, Answer Angel and Mystery Angel from *Detective Precure!*, along with Yuka Masui (ending theme song singer), also appeared on stage.
For the Premium Performances, besides the Idol Precure and the three opening theme song singers, the voice actor lineup included Misato Matsuoka (as Cure Idol / Uta Sakura), Minami Takahashi (as Cure Koiuta / Nana Aokaze), Natsumi Takamori (as Cure Heartbeat / Kokoro Shigure), Yoshino Nanjo (as Cure Touch / Purirun), and Miharu Hanai (as Cure Kising / Meloron). Additionally, as in the Family Performances, Answer Angel, Mystery Angel from *Detective Precure!*, and Yuka Masui also participated. The Premium Performances featured original skits and song segments, as well as a talk show with the voice actors, live dubbing, and a reading drama depicting the story after the final episode, among other rich content. This report will cover the excitement of the Premium Performance on the final day.
Welcome to the Final Live of Idol Precure!
Following an opening introduction by Purirun, Meloron, and Tanaka (Tanaka-kun), the event kicked off after warming up the venue with call-and-response practice. Intercut with scenes of the transformation into Idol Precure, a video was played connecting from Episode 49 "With You! Kirakira Tweet ♪" to the Idol Precure heading to their Final Live.
Subsequently, the voice actors performed "You to Rurara" together with the Idol Precure, and the Final Live officially began.

The greatest feature of this Thanksgiving Festival was the seamless integration of the sequel "Final Live" and character skit from Episode 49 "With You! Kirakira Tweet ♪" with the reading drama and live dubbing. Furthermore, similar to the *Idol Precure You and Me ♪ LIVE 2025 You&I=We’re IDOL PRECURE* held in October 2025, the structure where the anime's continuation unfolds directly on the stage before the audience's eyes is a unique characteristic of *Idol Precure You and Me ♪*, which is deeply connected to music.
After the performance of "You to Ribbon," the voice actors temporarily returned backstage.

Next, the Idol Precure greeted the audience: "Welcome once again to the 'Idol Precure You and Me ♪ Final Live'!" Cure Idol said, "Thank you all for coming to our Final Live today!" "This is our promise, the five of us, the Final Live! This is our last concert! Please take care of us!"
Then, beginning with the line "I'm up first, Cure Idol yo!", reminiscent of the movie *Eiga Idol Precure You and Me ♪ Long Time No See! Offering You a Sparkling Stage!*, they performed "Smile no Ensemble ♪." This was followed by Cure Koiuta's stage song "Wink no Gohsenfu" and Cure Heartbeat's stage song "Kokoro Kakumei," further elevating the venue's excitement.

Then, after the dialogue "I'm glad I became Cure Touch." "Me too, Onee-sama," Cure Touch & Cure Kising performed "Awakening Harmony." The stage songs continued one after another.

Precure Singers Fall into Darkness, A New Song is Born?
At this point, the Idol Precure invited the three singers, Ami Ishii, Akane Kumada, and Chihaya Yoshitake, onto the stage. "We are Precure Singers who love Idol Precure!" they said in unison. "We held a concert together before, right!" (Cure Idol), "We made a promise back then! To definitely stand on the same stage together again!" (Cure Koiuta), "The promise has come true!" (Cure Heartbeat), "Yes! We're so happy! Thank you for inviting us!" (Ishii). After this interaction, the concert moved into the Precure Singers' segment. Incidentally, it was mentioned that the three had looked at photos from *Idol Precure You and Me ♪ LIVE 2025 You&I=We’re IDOL PRECURE* in the dressing room, and those nostalgic photos were also projected on the screen. "Since it's the last one today, I feel a bit lonely" (Kumada), "But, but, we're going to liven things up even more from here!" (Yoshitake).

With that as a cue, the three energetically performed the image song "Koi! Idol," full of live concert atmosphere. However, while performing "Idol Precure You and Me ♪ Light Up!", a strange smoke began to drift across the stage, and the three Precure Singers underwent a change.

"I can't become kirakira...", "I'm so lonely... always watching", "The memory photos taken with my phone...", "I don't want it to end like this...", "I don't want it to end!"

Ultimately consumed by the darkness of loneliness, the three, clad in black, created "Owaranai Naa." In contrast to their earlier radiance, the venue was enveloped in an uneasy atmosphere.
"Everyone in the venue, it's okay! We, the Idol Precure, will definitely protect you!" The Idol Precure rushed forward, but the newly revealed song "Idol Precure You and Me ♪ Dark Down↓" overwhelmed them with its overwhelming force, escalating the tension. At that moment, Tanaka, returning from the restroom, appealed to the audience: "We have no choice but to borrow the power of everyone here!" The cheers of "Idol Precure, ganbareー!" practiced before the show rang out through the venue, and the Idol Precure, receiving this heartfelt support, stood up again.
"Ami! Akane! Chihaya! Because it's the Final Live, because it's the last, you feel lonely and sad, right. But, it's okay. Having these feelings is only natural. That's precisely why we are here. No matter how dark it gets, we will make you kirakira!"
Then, with the line "Leave the climax to us!", the Idol Precure united with the audience to sing "Idol Precure You and Me ♪ Light Up!" together. The voices resounding through the venue turned into power, and the three transformed back to their original forms with a "Kirakira Tweets!" Understanding the whole situation, the three expressed their gratitude to the Idol Precure and everyone in the venue, and performed the latter half of "Idol Precure You and Me ♪ Light Up!" again. A completely different, radiantly shining song echoed through the venue, and the stage bloomed with brilliant light. The three Precure Singers also said, "From now on, let's keep singing together forever!" deepening their bonds. "Even if time passes, as long as you remember, we will shine forever, kirakira, and be with you forever." These words quietly resonated in the heart, leaving a trace of reluctance.

In this lingering atmosphere, the Idol Precure performed the theme song of the movie *Eiga Idol Precure You and Me ♪ Long Time No See! Offering You a Sparkling Stage!*, "♪HiBiKi Au Uta♪." That feeling, as if it could last for a thousand years, echoed gently yet powerfully, causing the glow sticks' light to sway widely. Shouts and responses intertwined and echoed, showcasing a uniquely concert-like, highly unified, and passionate atmosphere.

Handover to the *Detective Precure!* Segment
"Introducing a special guest! A new Precure friend has arrived!" The *Detective Precure!* team took the stage.

Ishii performed the opening theme song "Kensaku wa Kokoro ni! Detective Precure!". Additionally, Kumada, along with Yuka Masui, who debuted as a Precure Singer in this work, together with Answer Angel and Mystery Angel, performed "Naze? Nazo?! ANSWER." The fresh stage heralded the unveiling of a new story. Answer Angel responded to the trio's singing with a lively tone, "Hanamaru chou sugee~!" After the performance, Kumada shouted, "Please continue to enjoy the Idol Precure concert!" The venue's excitement seamlessly continued into the next segment.

The Final Live Approaches its Climax
At this point, the Idol Precure, wearing flower crowns and veils identical to the Thanksgiving Festival key visual, appeared. "The Final Live is also drawing to a close. The feelings of 'gratitude' that fill our hearts now, and the feelings we want to convey to you, we have written in letters." The five read out their words of thanks in turn. Cure Idol said, "The reason I can be Cure Idol now is all because of you! Thank you so much!" She then earnestly conveyed: "We, the Idol Precure, this is our last concert. "We are always together. We and you are Idol Precure. No matter how deep the darkness that falls, you can become kirakira. Beyond that, let us bloom the greatest stage. This is a promise between you and me! To you, who shines so kirakira, to you, to you..."
These words seamlessly transitioned into "Smile no Ensemble ♪" a cappella, drawing out a sense of unity throughout the venue. Then, "Well then, this is the last song!" As the conclusion of the Final Live, a song full of heartfelt emotion resounded to the heavens.

Five Years Pass After the Final Live Ends...
After Cure Idol sent out a "Kirakiraー!" cheer to every corner of the venue, Tanaka's announcement signaling the end rang out. "Today's performance is now completely concluded. I, Tanaka, also extend my sincerest thanks for the passionate support you have all given." These words enveloped the venue in a heavy feeling of "Is it really ending like this?"
...However, just then, the sound effects switched, and a question was posed: "But everyone! Have you forgotten something important?" "I want to find it now! I want to know now! There should be a true forgotten thing. That is, yes! What kind of days did the five Idol Precure live after the Final Live?" – The story of "what happened next" was revealed here for the first time, and the audience erupted in enthusiastic cheers.
With the cue "Now, for the first time, we will reveal the continuation of the five's story," a chapter set five years later was presented by the voice actors in the form of a reading drama.

Five years after the main anime story ended. A scene set after the solo concert of idol Uta Sakura at the Hanamichi Stadium depicted a reunion with Nana and Kokoro. When asked about her thoughts on the concert, Kokoro said, "There are about 120 heart-pounding highlights," showing a passion unchanged from five years prior, drawing warm smiles. It was also revealed that a new song composed by Nana was performed by Uta at the concert.
At this point, Purirun and Meloron appeared. Over the five years, the Heart Tree had grown strong, allowing travel between the Sparkle Paradise and Hanamachi Town. At Uta's suggestion, "It's been a while since we all transformed into Idol Precure!", interspersed with transformation bank footage, the five gathered again in their Idol Precure forms.

"Even though it's been a while since we transformed, we're perfectly in sync!" "Of course! Because five years ago, we transformed about 49 times in one year!" This dialogue, along with Meloron's poetry, wove meta-interactions regarding the "transformation scene," drawing laughter from the audience.
Furthermore, they discussed the respective paths the five had taken over these five years. Purirun and Meloron had been active as Idol Precure in the Sparkle Paradise, holding many concerts. Mentioning that they performed in formats like matinee (Family Performance) and evening (Premium Performance) overlapped with the Thanksgiving Festival, drawing laughter from the audience. Additionally, Tanaka-kun served as the chief manager, while Kattin and Zacklin were managers, and Chokkin was a trainee manager. Chokkin seemed to be a "friend who looks exactly like Chokkirinu" born later. When Cure Heartbeat asked, "Could it be Chokkirinu's reincarnation?", Cure Kising replied, "Well, opinions vary on that."
On the other hand, Kokoro established an Idol Research Club in high school and later became an influencer. Nana continued playing the piano, entered a music university, and afterwards provided music for Uta. Uta maintained her attitude of "singing because she wants to sing" and continued to move forward as an idol. Regarding Cure Idol talking about her kirakira dreams, Cure Heartbeat sharply retorted, "...That's what she says, but I think the one who pushed Uta-senpai forward was none other than Hibiki Kaito, wasn't it?"
The story then moved to a chapter about Uta and Kaito reuniting after five years. Kaito had been active overseas with Kazuma. It was said that Uta went to see his long-awaited solo concert. The scene of their conversation in the dressing room was broadcast via VTR under the pretext of "Let's look back!" (laughs). While members other than Cure Idol paused and interjected with jokes, the dialogue continued, conveying their relationship of mutual recognition and support (incidentally, Kaito also appeared in this scene). At that time, the two made a promise: "I want to see you again." Kaito made the promise: "—I want to see you again. Next time, on the same stage."

Returning to the present, "Since it's a rare opportunity, why don't the five of us hold a concert?", they decided to hold an "Idol Precure Revival Concert." Cure Idol said with a beaming smile, "Because we promised at the Final Live! Someday, to bloom a stage together with you again!"
Welcome to the Idol Precure Revival Concert!
"Today, welcome everyone to our Idol Precure Revival Concert!" The concert commenced immediately. The lyrics "Your (Hi!!) Today (Hi!!) I came to see you (Yeah!!)" from the self-introduction song "We are! You & IDOL PRECURE" resonated through the venue as if prepared for this very day. On this stage where the story and reality intertwined, the message was conveyed directly to every single audience member.

A scene the next day depicted everyone saying, "Our promise has come true!", along with the adorable sight of Purirun eagerly eating small hot dogs. Uta mentioned the "promise" from the Final Live. Nana said, "Actually, when Uta suddenly said that at the Final Live, I was a bit surprised, but I always hoped it would come true!" According to Uta, those words slipped out unintentionally.
"If it's the five of us, we can definitely overcome any difficulty and fulfill our promises. Just like back then!" The scene switched to a flashback from Episode 48 "Final Live! Invite Dark Ine!". The scene leading up to the "promise" was presented through live dubbing. "We've fulfilled the promise from back then and come even further now" (Nana), "Yeah, together as five" (Uta), "Let's always be together from now on, Mero" (Meloron), "Promise Puri!", "Yes! Let's make a promise!" (Kokoro), the five vowed together to move towards a kirakira future.
The structure integrating live dubbing and the reading drama was also an unprecedented attempt. The reading drama, which depicted the story after the "Final" yet conveyed a sense of "continuing daily life" rather than an ending, received enthusiastic applause. Many audience members were also seen wiping away tears.
Talk Show Segment: "Business Trip! With You! Idol Precure Research Club"

Takahashi chose "Trio Dreams," explaining that the scene of being surrounded by countless shining lights at the concert venue "made this song shine even more brightly in my heart." Regarding the lyrics "Let's begin, the one-and-only concert, Enjoy Together," she said they resonated with her desire to enjoy this year together with "you," and that she "particularly loves" them.
Takamori selected "We are! You & IDOL PRECURE♪." She noted that beyond the enjoyment of it being a self-introduction song, the charm lies in its dialogue-style passages and playful composition, and she recalled the electrifying atmosphere at the concert. Meanwhile, Hanai Miharu chose the character song of Puriru and Mew, "Best Friends J♡YFUL," saying she loves the song's "carefree joy that lets you empty your mind and simply enjoy it," which is rare among recent songs. This talk show once again highlighted the rich musical appeal of "Idol Precure You & Me♪," with many glow sticks shining in the audience.
The next topic was "Favorite Episodes." Matsuoka and Nanjō both selected Episode 21, "The Best! Miracle Ensemble!" The two recalled the scene of singing "Smile Ensemble♪" together, as well as the emotions that Utau retained even after losing her memory. Nanjō said, "Every time I see Utau crying in her room, I cry too." "When I rewatched Episode 1 the other day, I cried again. When she arrived alone in an unfamiliar town, anxiously searching for the Idol Pretty Cure, Uta was right there, so close, singing with a sparkling smile. I feel like I could do an audio commentary by myself," the other voice actors chimed in with, "We want to see that!"
Takamori chose the phrase "My heart is pounding!" reflecting on a word that has been repeated throughout the year and symbolizes the character itself. "A pounding heart makes things happen" is Kokoro's driving force, and she passionately stated, "Being able to have a phrase that represents everything is truly wonderful. With just this one line, everyone can understand everything about Kokoro."
Takahashi selected the line "I want to do so many things!" from Episode 40, "Listen! The Seven-Colored Melody." She explained that this line was born from the moment Cure Kurenai asked her, "Nana, what do you want to do?" and represents Nana's growth through various encounters and experiences. "I almost cried every time I said this line. I even cried while practicing at home. I'm so glad I met everyone. This is my favorite line, one where I can truly feel the bonds."
Matsuoka chose the line "Sing when you want to sing! That's Sakura Uta!" once again conveying the charm of this phrase as the core of Uta's existence. "How should I put it, it's a line that symbolizes Uta. When her mood becomes cheerful, when she wants to make someone shine brilliantly. The first thing that comes to mind is 'singing,' and I think that's a wonderful aspect of Uta-chan." Furthermore, she discussed how the warmth of her upbringing and the presence of her family can be felt behind this line, once again highlighting the gentleness at the root of Uta's character. She laughed, saying, "From now on, I want to say this line in my private life too." As the voice actors each shared the background and feelings behind their chosen lines, this talk segment allowed the audience to deeply feel the accumulated moments of "Idol Pretty Cure You and Me ♪," with countless lights shining from the audience seats.

With tears in her eyes, she expressed the joy of being able to stand on stage as Cure Kyun in this work.
She also said, "Today, I decided I would become Cure Kyun's biggest fan. Because liking something is the strongest!" She sent a message: "I hope everyone will continue to cherish the feeling of 'liking' from now on."

Next, the microphone was passed to Takahashi, who voices Cure Koi / Aokaze Nana. Although she showed a composed demeanor on stage, it was because she believed "an idol is someone who brings smiles to everyone, and I wanted to keep smiling until the very end." However, she revealed that when she received the bouquet from Cure Koi, her emotions overflowed, and she recalled, "I truly felt that my dream had come true." Takahashi's dream was to participate in the "Pretty Cure" series. She mentioned the many uncertainties and struggles she had faced on this path. It was because she didn't give up and kept moving forward that she could reach this point. "In the future of my dream, Cure Koi was waiting for me. I'm really glad," she recalled, truly feeling that existence was on the path she had walked.
Furthermore, when she learned that children admired Cure Koi, she said, "I realized that my own dream becomes the next person's dream, and continues on." She expressed that this dream would now be passed on to the cast of "Pretty Cure Detective Club!" and to the Pretty Cures beyond, continuing the legacy. While expressing gratitude to "You," she sincerely addressed her "destined Pretty Cure": "Cure Koi and Aokaze Nana. Thank you for meeting me!"

Finally, we have Matsuoka Misato, who plays the role of Idol Angel / Sakura Uta. She has consistently been described by fellow voice actors and staff as "Uta herself," and true to that description, she stood on stage with a smile throughout the day. "Right now, looking at everyone's (the cast's) backs as they talk, I feel once again that it is because of all of you that I have been able to enjoy myself and come this far." She conveyed this message to each and every voice actor and to every single "you" in the audience.
She reflected that, despite bearing responsibility and nervousness, "when I played Sakura Uta, I was simply happy and could forget everything," and that behind this feeling were the staff, the cast, and the presence of "you."
Furthermore, Matsuoka mentioned that in the previous series *Wonderful Precure!*, she played the role of Sparkle Bunny. In the final episode, the senior cast members, though filled with a desire for the story not to end, still welcomed the new Precure with smiles. "A year ago, I was anxious, wondering if I could become a Precure like my seniors. I don't know if I managed to do so, but in any case, this past year has become a treasure-like year in my life! It's so hard to let go! But the world of *Idol Precure You & Me♪* will continue, and I am also very much looking forward to *Detective Precure!*" "From now on, Idol Angel and Sakura Uta will always be by my side." She spoke these words cheerfully, even as she became emotional.

She then proposed, "There's something I want to do!" and engaged in a call-and-response with the audience. The voices of "With you," "Forever together," "Idol Precure," and "I love you the most!" resounded throughout the venue. She said to every single "you," "I love you all the most too! I love you the mostーー!" and bowed deeply, saying, "Thank you for meeting me!"
Finally, all the performers performed *Idol Precure You & Me♪ Light Up!*. As countless smiles were illuminated and the audience seats were warmly lit, the performers offered the words, "Thank you so much!"

The slogan is We are! You & IDOL PRECURE♪
At this moment, the first "encore" call of the Thanksgiving Festival rang out. "This is truly the last song!" The Idol Precure presented *We are! You & IDOL PRECURE♪*. In the latter half, everyone gathered on stage, and amidst falling cherry blossoms, they sang, "Meeting you was so happy and joyful," "We are with you, Idol Precure You & Me♪ Precure♪ Precure♪." There was no moment more fitting for these lyrics, bringing the event to a close that felt like a union of the work and "you." They once again conveyed their "gratitude for this past year" and struck their final pose, signaling "This is truly the end!" Just as everyone thought it was over, the voice actors surprised the Idol Precure by presenting them with bouquets of flowers.

"Thank you for everything! Idol Precure, you are our saviors who illuminate darkness into dazzling brilliance! Thank you for your hard work!" "Thank you for meeting us!" "We love you the most!" "Let's meet again!"
As these words were conveyed one after another, overlapping with the memorable image from the event's key visual of figures holding bouquets, perhaps that visual captured this very moment—such was the closing scene. Fans chanted in unison, "We are! YOU & IDOL PRECURE♪," and the Idol Precure, leaving behind the words, "Take care, thank you!" departed from the stage.

The venue played an ending theme set to *You & Lulala*. While there was a sense of reluctance, it was also accompanied by a refreshing afterglow. Tanaka's announcement signaling the end rang out, and words of "Thank you!" flooded not only the venue but also the live stream's chat.
The "Idol Precure You & Me♪ Thanksgiving Festival" was filled with delicate performances and heartfelt touches throughout. Following the concert in October, it was impressive to see not only the voice actors and theme song singers but also the Idol Precure themselves appear in many scenes. The Idol Precure, who have been highly active both within the story and on real-world stages over this past year. This might be said to be a sight unique to this work themed around idols.
And to you who came to the venue, to you who watched via the stream, and to you who could not attend. Please be sure to watch the footage of the "Idol Precure You & Me♪ Thanksgiving Festival" on Blu-ray or the main anime episodes, and once again feel the brilliance of every single moment.
